The Site allows you to browse Products, place orders, and schedule pickup.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Pickup Scheduling and Fulfillment

Refund Policy (No Refund After Pickup)

All sales are final once your order has been picked up. Because Products leave our control at pickup, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after pickup for any reason, including unused items, incorrect quantities, change of plans, or preference.

If you believe there is an error with your order before you leave the pickup location, notify our team immediately so we can review it with you on-site.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, contact us first so we can help. Unwarranted chargebacks increase costs for local businesses. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks when our records show the order was provided as agreed, including pickup confirmation and related order documentation.

Product Use and Safety
