We offer free cancellation up to the day before delivery. If an order is cancelled on the day of delivery, there is a $35 cancellation fee.

If you are not present at the time or pickup or delivery, with no advanced notice, a $35 trip and rescheduling fee will be charged.

If package is requested to be picked up early, 25% of extension rate will be returned to customer.

In the event that the customer has ordered too many items and would like the extras picked up, a $35 dollar pickup fee will be applied, and 50% of unused package or items price will be refunded.

** If any items purchased are unused AFTER delivery no refunds would be given.
